Shipping and Return Policy


• All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number listed on the outside of each box. Items returned without a RGA number are subject to refusal. Please call for an RGA number.

• When returning items, please pack them in an appropriate manner to reduce any possible damage during transit. And include copy of your invoice.

• Ship all returns to the following address listing the RGA number, order/invoice number, item number(s), quantity and reason for return:

• Merchandise returned must be in good and re-saleable condition, in original packaging and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• No returns on electrical.

• ALL Special Order items sales are final and products are not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• All returns are subject to inspection. United Truck Centers reserves the right to deny credit or issue partial credit if one or more of the following conditions exist:
A) Merchandise has been abused or improperly installed.
B) Merchandise is over 30 days old.

• All defective returns will be reviewed by quality control personnel and any defects or damage not found to be the responsibility of United Truck Centers, Inc. will be rejected to the sender at their expense.

• Products that have been damaged, painted or modified in any way will NOT be eligible for return under any circumstances.


• Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be made within 3 working days after receipt of merchandise.

• Claims for merchandise lost or damaged in transit as a result of Carrier’s negligence must be made with the carrier.

• Claims not made within this period will not be honored by United Truck Centers, Inc.

  • All United Truck Centers chrome, LED, and incandescent lighting products are warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Blue, green, and purple colors are available for accessories only. They are not to be used as legal clearance marker or tail lights.

• We strive to offer the highest quality truck accessories and LED lights available at the lowest price possible. There are times we must adjust pricing due to changes in the cost from supplier(s) and we reserve the right to do so. ALL PRICES, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.



• We ship most products by UPS Ground and do offer express deliveries. All items in stock are usually shipped same day during business hours on items in stock, any item NOT in stock will be drop shipped direct from manufacturer. Additional fees may apply.

• Orders received by 1:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed same day depending on parts availability. Most items in stock, Non stock items will be ordered and shipped when available by manufacturer.

• Items too large and need to be shipped by truck freight, you must call in and get freight quote.

• We ship to Canada. Monetary conversions and duties are customer’s responsibility, UTC cannot be held accountable for added shipping fees.

• Credit card, by far is the easiest method, we accept:

• ANY orders shipped out the continental United States of America, customer must fill out an authorization from, we will fax over a form for you to fill out with your information, billing address, shipping address, credit card information, copy of credit card & driver’s license. If you would like to pay by money order or cashier check, payment must be received and deposited into our account and then we will ship items ordered.
